How do I book a hotel?
The Sleep Inn at 2720 East US Hwy, an 11-minute drive from the venue, is offering a 10% discount for attendees. [Book here].
What’s the cost, and what does it include?
The Immersion is $2800 for WeDeepen Love Club members and $3300 for non-members. Early registration discounts may apply. The fee covers all meals, activities, and full participation.
Are meals included?
Yes, all meals are included, and various dietary preferences will be considered. If you have specific requirements, you'll let us know during the registration process.
What should I wear?
Austin in November averages highs of 71°F and lows of 51°F. Think stylish comfort—dresses, jumpsuits, or lounge pants. A photographer will be present, so dress to feel your best. Shoes are off inside, but slippers will be provided. Bring sneakers if you plan to walk, and don’t forget a swimsuit and flip-flops for the pool.
For Silk Night on Saturday, wear silk—robes, dresses, pants, pajamas, or scarves in any color. Don’t own silk? Now’s the time to treat yourself. See this Pinterest board for inspiration.
Evenings can get chilly, so pack layers. You’ll have time to change between day and night on Friday and Saturday. Feel free to bring a small cosmetic bag for touch-ups.
What time does the event start and end?
The Immersion begins at 3 PM on Thursday, November 7, and concludes at 2 PM on Sunday, November 10.
Will there be downtime during the event?
Yes, the schedule includes breaks for relaxation, reflection, and mingling.
